1. Return Window
Eligible return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery by emailing support@eryahat.com with your order number and reason for the request.
2. Checkout+
Customers who select Checkout+ (the CHECKOUT+ button in the bag) receive one free return or size-exchange pickup per order, covering any number of pieces from that order. This includes the return pickup and the delivery of eligible replacement items, within the 3-calendar-day return window and subject to this policy. The Checkout+ fee is 2% of the order value (minimum ₹99) and is shown in the bag before you pay. Any further pickup on the same order is charged at the standard ₹149.
The Checkout+ fee and benefits are displayed in the bag and at checkout. Checkout+ is an optional paid service and does not guarantee that every item is eligible for a return or refund. The Checkout+ fee is refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch; otherwise it is non-refundable.
3. Standard Checkout
Customers choosing Standard Checkout (“Continue without free returns”) may still request eligible returns or exchanges within the 3-calendar-day return window. A flat fee of ₹149 applies to each return or replacement pickup (not per piece). For returns, it is deducted from your refund; for size exchanges, it is payable before the replacement is shipped.
4. Return Eligibility
Eligible change-of-mind returns must generally be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, customer-caused damage or alteration may not qualify for a discretionary return.
Any product-specific exclusions will be disclosed before purchase and remain subject to applicable law.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, contains the wrong item or materially differs from its description, please contact us promptly at support@eryahat.com with your order number and photographs where available.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law. You do not need to purchase Checkout+ to receive a remedy for a defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed product.
6. Size Exchanges & Replacements
Size exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability and eligibility.
Customers who select Checkout+ receive one free pickup, and delivery of the eligible replacement items, for the order. Otherwise, a flat fee of ₹149 applies to each pickup and is paid before the replacement is shipped.
If the requested size or replacement is unavailable, we will communicate the available options and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
For defective, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed products, Eryahat will provide the appropriate remedy, including any applicable shipping arrangements, as required by law, regardless of the checkout option selected.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method, where feasible and appropriate, within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the amount.
Where the ₹149 return fee applies, it is deducted from the refund amount. Any other deduction will be consistent with the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law. The Checkout+ fee is refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch; otherwise it is non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for more detail.
8. Sale, Preorder & Customised Products
Any specific change-of-mind return restrictions for sale, preorder or customised items will be clearly disclosed before purchase. These restrictions do not remove applicable legal remedies for defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.
9. How to Request a Return
The quickest way is our Return or exchange page: choose your order and the pieces, tell us what you need, and add photos if something is wrong. You can still email us instead.
Email support@eryahat.com with the subject line “Return / Exchange Request — Order #[Your Order Number]”. Include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for your request. Our team will share the next steps for approval, pickup or return shipping.
