Shipping Policy
Domestic Delivery
- Free standard shipping on every order across India.
- Estimated delivery: 4–7 working days from dispatch.
Checkout+
Checkout+ is an optional service offered in the bag and at checkout (2% of the order value, minimum ₹99). It includes one free return or size-exchange pickup per order, for any number of pieces, within the 3-calendar-day request window and subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Customers choosing Standard Checkout may still request eligible returns or exchanges within 3 calendar days of delivery; a flat fee of ₹149 applies to each return or replacement pickup (deducted from the refund for returns, or paid before the replacement ships for exchanges).
Checkout+ does not guarantee that every item is eligible for a return or refund. It is not required to receive a remedy for a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed product.
General Terms
- Domestic shipping is free on all orders. We currently ship within India only.
- Delivery timelines are estimates in working days from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.
- Please ensure your delivery address, email and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@eryahat.com; the full amount paid, including any Checkout+ fee, is then refunded. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
- If your order is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@eryahat.com with your order number. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
