This website, www.eryahat.com (the “Website”), is operated by Baba Integrated Technologies Private Limited (“Eryahat”, “we”, “us” or “our”), having its registered address at RC-559, Rajiv Nagar, Khoda Colony, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201020, India. Eryahat offers this Website and the information, tools and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
By visiting the Website, browsing our collections or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy. These Terms apply to visitors, customers and anyone who uses the Website. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or place an order.
Eryahat is built around considered design and thoughtful use of materials. Where stated on a product page, our pieces may be made using deadstock fabric, which means existing surplus fabric. Availability can therefore be limited and a particular fabric or piece may not be restocked. We also aim to reduce unnecessary packaging through details such as muslin bags, corrugated boxes decorated with fabric scraps, and metal ball-chain tags that can be reused. These practices are described to explain our approach; they do not mean that any product has zero environmental impact.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the Website and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes will apply from the stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Please check this page periodically.

Section 1 — Online Store Terms
You may use the Website only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by law.
You must not use our products or Website for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose, infringe intellectual-property rights, violate applicable laws, or introduce viruses, malware or other code that could harm the Website or its users. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary in response to misuse, fraud, security risks or legal obligations, subject to applicable law.
Section 2 — General Conditions
We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary—for example, because an item is unavailable, a listing or pricing error has occurred, payment has not been authorised, or an order appears fraudulent or intended for unauthorised resale. If payment has been collected for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid, subject to applicable law.
You may not reproduce, copy, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Website, its content or access to the Services without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Headings are included for convenience and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
Section 3 — Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and current. However, product descriptions, availability, prices and other content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. If we identify a material error affecting an order, we will take reasonable steps to contact you and resolve it in accordance with applicable law.
Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting and photography. Any material difference in the product itself will be handled in accordance with our published policies and applicable consumer law.
Section 4 — Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other mandatory costs will be disclosed before you complete your purchase, as required by law. Prices, product details and availability may change prospectively. A change to a listed price will not, by itself, alter the price of an order already accepted.
We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the Website or a product offering. We will not use this provision to avoid obligations relating to an order already accepted or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Section 5 — Products, Materials and Limited Quantities
Some Eryahat products are available exclusively online and may be offered in limited quantities. Where a product is made using deadstock fabric, the available quantity depends on the fabric available to us. As a result, exact repeat production may not be possible and sold-out pieces may not return. Product-specific availability and material information will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.
We aim to describe materials, fit, sizing, care and other product features clearly. Please review product details before placing an order. Minor variations in fabric texture, surface character or appearance may occur, particularly where existing surplus fabrics are used; any significant or material variation should be disclosed on the product page. Nothing in these Terms limits remedies available if a product is defective, materially misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.
Eryahat’s packaging may include reusable muslin bags, corrugated shipping boxes decorated with fabric scraps from our production, and tags attached with a metal ball chain that may be reused as a bag charm or for another purpose. The placement and appearance of fabric scraps may vary. Packaging components may change based on availability, provided this does not materially misrepresent the product or remove a promised feature.
Environmental and material statements are intended to describe specific practices, such as using deadstock fabric or repurposing fabric scraps. Unless expressly stated and substantiated, they should not be read as a claim of third-party certification or zero environmental impact.
Section 6 — Orders, Billing and Account Information
When you place an order, please provide accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information. You are responsible for reviewing the items, sizes, quantities, delivery address and order total before submitting the order. Please contact us promptly at support@eryahat.com if you notice an error.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. Order acceptance and dispatch are subject to product availability, payment authorisation and fulfilment checks. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.
We may reasonably limit quantities or decline orders that appear to be fraudulent or placed for unauthorised resale or distribution. Any such action will be taken subject to applicable law and without limiting consumer rights.
Section 7 — Payment
Payment methods available at checkout will be shown on the Website. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers and are subject to their applicable terms. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected. Orders will be processed once payment is authorised or received, unless another payment method is expressly offered.
If Eryahat offers promotional codes, their eligibility, validity period and exclusions will be communicated with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to completed purchases.
Section 8 — Shipping, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
Shipping details, delivery estimates, charges and serviceable locations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are accurate.
Our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy set out the return window, eligibility, return-shipping arrangements, exchanges, replacements and refunds. Nothing in those policies or these Terms removes consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any product exclusions or restrictions must be clearly disclosed before purchase and comply with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to remove consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective, deficient or materially misdescribed products.
Section 9 — Third-Party Tools and Links
The Website may use third-party services, tools or links, including e-commerce, payment, analytics and delivery providers. Such services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or practices to the extent beyond our reasonable control. This clause does not exclude responsibility imposed on Eryahat by applicable law.
Section 10 — Comments, Feedback and Submissions
If you send us feedback, suggestions or other submissions, you confirm that you are entitled to share them. You permit Eryahat to review and use feedback to improve our products or services, without an obligation to compensate you, to the extent permitted by law. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property or permit us to use your name, image or personal information in a manner that requires separate consent.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, infringing or malicious content, or content that misleads others about its origin. You remain responsible for content you submit.
Section 11 — Personal Information
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information is used to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery and returns, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Section 12 — Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product details, prices, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law. We will not rely on this section to cancel accepted orders arbitrarily or to avoid statutory obligations.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes; to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; to harass, threaten or discriminate against others; to submit false or misleading information; to transmit malware; to collect other users’ personal information without authorisation; to spam, scrape or interfere with Website security; or to disrupt the Website or other users’ access. We may take proportionate action in response, subject to applicable law.
Section 14 — Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care in operating the Website and presenting products, but we cannot promise that the Website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, guarantees, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eryahat will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any loss or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Section 15 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses directly arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by Eryahat’s own breach or unlawful conduct and does not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
Section 16 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law or severed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
Section 17 — Termination or Restriction of Access
These Terms apply while you use the Website. You may stop using the Website at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of a material breach, suspected fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice. Termination does not affect obligations or rights that arose before termination or any consumer rights that continue under applicable law.
Section 18 — Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them govern your use of the Website, subject to mandatory applicable law. If a provision of a linked policy conflicts with these Terms, the relevant policy will govern the specific subject it addresses to the extent stated in that policy and permitted by law. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
