Return or exchange

How it works

• Tell us within 3 days of delivery. Pieces should be unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags and packaging.
• Something wrong with the product (damaged, a fault, wrong item, not as described): always free. We cover the pickup and send a replacement or refund.
• With Checkout+: one free return or size-exchange pickup per order, and free shipping on the exchange.
• Standard checkout: return pickup is ₹149. We confirm it with you before we arrange anything.
• Approved refunds go back to the way you paid, usually within 7 days of approval.
